Upon receipt and inspection, we will send you a replacement. Refunds are not offered for any products or items on this website.

We do accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

• Since our products are made with 100% human hair, they can be styled with heat tools. Always use a heat protectant to minimize heat damage.
• To detangle gently and effectively, use The Fula Detangling Brush, especially on damp hair.
