ALL SALES ARE FINAL (unless the unit does not fit). If your unit does not fit, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it and return it in its original condition (lace must not be cut). Upon receipt and inspection, we will send you a replacement. Refunds are not offered for any products or items on this website.

We do accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

Shipping Information:

• Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days, excluding holidays and sales periods.
• Shipping times will depend on your chosen shipping method and location.
• For custom wigs, please allow up to 20 days after placing your order to receive it (excluding holidays and sales periods). If you do not receive your wig or tracking information within this timeframe, contact us via email.
• For braiding hair, please allow 3-7 days for processing and delivery.

If you live in an area considered high-risk, please contact us before placing your order to request signature confirmation upon delivery.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• Use sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners designed for natural hair to maintain softness and avoid drying. Leave in conditioner and light oil is recommended.
• Since our products are made with 100% human hair, they can be styled with heat tools. Always use a heat protectant to minimize damage.
